TT Assen

In 1925 the motorcycle club Assen and surroundings was founded. From then until now, the TT (Tourist Trophy) Assen is held every year. Motor enthusiasts gather from many countries to enjoy everything Motorsport has to offer.
In the week before the race day the TT festival (with the famous Nacht van Assen) will be held with lots of music from both live bands and well-known DJs. This in combination and new aspects and a real fun fair makes this "the Place to Be ''.

Question:

 Every year we get the request from Dorna to assist with the organization of the site with many different containers. There is a lot of specific demand for specially equipped containers such as:

• TV compound
• first aid post
• Cash register units
• Storage container
• Changing containers
• Control posts
• Sleeping accommodation

Solution:

 We always start to make a plan of action together with our client. We do this by mapping out all the wishes and then processing this together with floorplans of the complete terrain.

We start two weeks in advance with the delivery of all containers. One of our employees is present on site to ensure that everything is placed and delivered as agreed. Because we are present we can also respond directly to specific additional requirements.
