Financial Assistant
CBOX Containers is a dynamic and innovative company specialized in renting, selling, and modifying containers. With offices in Amsterdam, Antwerp, Hong Kong, and Sydney, we serve our international clients from various sectors, ranging from offshore and logistics to events and the construction industry.
Role:
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Financial Assistant (from 32 hours per week). As a financial assistant, you compile all files, continuously contact debtors, manage reminders, and oversee the contact with collection agencies, among other tasks. You are capable of working independently within a team and excel at collaboration. You possess strong communication skills, reliability, and a meticulous approach to work.
Your responsibilities:
- Managing the accounts receivable; eventually responsible for part of this accounts receivable
- Handling telephone inquiries from debtors
- Proactively improving the accounts receivable process
- Answering queries from suppliers (via email or phone)
- Processing and verifying invoices
- Answering incoming calls
- Carrying out other administrative tasks
Requirements
- Completed education at MBO level.
- Just graduated? Work experience is not required; you will receive internal training.
- Good oral and written proficiency in Dutch and English.
- You are solution-oriented, flexible, proactive, and capable of working well both independently and in a team.

- Salary ranging from 2,100 to 3,500 euros per month, depending on your knowledge and experience.
