20ft Storage Containers

A 20ft storage container is the most common container size and is therefore the most rented and sold. The reason for this is that the 20ft storage container can be transported well over land, but mainly also by sea. For shipping a 20ft storage container, this must be CSC approved, which means that goods can be stored and shipped dry and safe in the container, even despite the varying weather conditions that they may encounter while sailing.

20ft storage containers are also used, for example, for storing household effects during a move or for dry storage of building materials on construction sites.

Types of 20ft Storage Containers

The 20ft storage container is offered in many different types. In addition to the standard storage container, we therefore offer a wide range of containers of this size, which can be used for various purposes. Below is a summary of various types of 20ft storage containers:

• 20ft DNV Offshore Storage Container
• 20ft High Cube Storage Container
• 20ft Double Door Storage Container
• 20ft Dangerous Goods Storage Container
• 20ft Workshop Storage Container
• 20ft Storage container with drip tray and grid floor

What is the size of a 20ft storage container?

20 ft storage container inner size (l × w × h): 5900 mm × 2348 mm × 2392 mm
20 ft storage container door sizes (w × h): 2335 mm × 2280 mm

The choice between renting or buying a 20ft storage container

Whether you want to rent or buy a 20ft storage container depends entirely on what purpose you have with the container. We rent out many storage containers for storing household effects during renovations or relocations, but they are also frequently used on construction sites or at companies that have a shortage of indoor storage space and therefore place a container near the building. The advantage of renting a 20ft storage container is that it is placed when you need it, but can also be picked up by us as soon as this container is no longer needed.

If you want to buy a 20ft storage container, we can offer you a lot of choice. We have these containers both new and used and we offer guaranteed wind and watertight containers. If you need transport for this, we can also arrange this. The transport costs depend on the zip code at the location of delivery.
