CBOX Containers is a dynamic and innovative company specialized in renting, selling, and modifying containers. With offices in Amsterdam, Antwerp, Hong Kong, and Sydney, we serve our international clients from various sectors, ranging from offshore and logistics to events and the construction industry.
Role:
As a Sales Support Officer, you play a crucial role in supporting our rental and sales department. You work closely with the sales team and contribute to achieving sales objectives. You are responsible for various administrative and coordinating tasks, ensuring a smooth operational workflow.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assisting in managing customer relationships, including communication and follow-up.
- Supporting in quotation and contract management.
- Maintaining sales data and reports.
- Coordinating logistical processes related to deliveries and orders.
- Supporting in market research and competitive analysis.
- Attending meetings and taking notes of key points.
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a completed HBO (Bachelor's) degree, preferably in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch, English, and German.
- Some experience in shipping and the offshore industry is desirable.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
