Sales Representative
CBOX Containers is a dynamic and innovative company specialized in renting, selling, and modifying containers. With offices in Amsterdam, Antwerp, Hong Kong, and Sydney, we serve our international clients from various sectors, ranging from offshore and logistics to events and the construction industry.
Role:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you advise our customers during the purchase process and translate their needs in the right way to make the right choice for them. You are the point of contact for both business and private customers from A to Z.
- You advise customers and provide the right information and personal service that CBOX Containers represents.
- You maintain good customer contacts with both warm and cold leads.
- You handle daily telephone and email inquiries.
- You prepare quotations and process customer orders.
If you do not yet have knowledge of our industry and the products we sell? No problem! We provide internal training and course days. In addition, you will learn a lot from your colleagues, who will help you increase your level of knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum Secondary work and thinking level obtained through education and/or work experience.
- Good oral and written proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Technical insight through education and/or work experience or a strong affinity with technology.
- Good communication skills; you can listen, ask good questions, and ensure optimal contact with the customer.
- A service-oriented attitude. You think along with the customer and are solution-oriented.
- Good oral and written proficiency in Dutch and English.
